LAKE COUNTY, IL — The following information comes from the Lake County Sheriff's Office and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. Ross, 34, of the 2300 block of Gabriel Avenue, Zion, is accused of no driver's license, driving while registration suspended, no insurance, and was arrested May 30 at Sheridan and Beach roads, Beach Park. Bond was set at $2,000. Salvador Contreras, 51, of the 2600 block of Illini Road, Waukegan, is accused of no driver's license, and was arrested May 31 at Beach and De Woody roads, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500. DOMESTIC BATTERY David Smallwood, 43, of the 36200 block of N. Eagle Court, Ingleside, is accused of domestic battery, had a warrant for driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested May 30 in Ingleside. Bond was set at $50,000 and a court date of June 9 was assigned. Chloe M. Latz, 30, of the 39200 block of N. Winchester Road, Wadsworth, had a warrant for domestic battery, resisting a peace officer, and was arrested June 3 in Wadsworth. Bond was set at $35,000 and a future court date was to be determined at the time of the report. James A. Carroll, 42, of the 41600 block of Dot Place, unincorporated Antioch, is accused of domestic battery, violation of bail bond, and was arrested June 5 in the 26300 block of W. Grapevine Avenue, unincorporated Antioch. Bond was set at $200,000 and a court date of June 13 was assigned. Delorian A. Banks, 26, of the 500 block of Basil Road, unincorporated Lake Bluff, is accused of aggravated domestic battery, and was arrested June 5 in unincorporated Lake Bluff. DRIVING WHILE LICENSE REVOKED/SUSPENDED Ignacio Huerta-Hernandez, 40, of the 27200 block of Route 176, unincorporated Wauconda, is accused of driving while license revoked, no insurance, and was arrested May 30 at Cardinal Court and Fairfield Road, Wauconda. Bond was set at $2,000. Cordaro Robert Karl Johnson, 30, of Appleton, Wisconsin, is accused of driving while license suspended, driving with a suspended registration, and was arrested June 3 at Lake Cook and Ela roads, Deer Park. Bond was set at $1,500. DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE Gates G. Hough, 44, of the 400 block of North Avenue, Barrington, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested May 30 at N. Kelsey Road and Blue Aster Lane, Lake Barrington. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of July 6 was assigned. Alexander G. Tellez, 23, of the 3100 block of N. Springfield Avenue, Chicago, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, aggravated speeding (88 mph in a 45 mph zone), and was arrested June 3 at Green Bay and Kenosha roads, Beach Park. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of July 6 was assigned. Sutherland Court, Palatine, is accused of driving under the influence of drugs, no insurance, and was arrested June 5 at Routes 12 and 176, Wauconda. State Park Road, unincorporated Spring Grove, is accused of battery, and was arrested May 30 at Petite Lake. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of June 22 was assigned. James A. Carroll, 42, of the 41600 block of Dot Place, unincorporated Antioch, had a warrant for aggravated battery, and was arrested May 31 at Route 173 and Deep Lake Road, Antioch. Bond was set at $75,000 and a court date of June 7 was assigned. VIOLATING AN ORDER OF PROTECTION Parker Rohde, 55, of the 33600 block of N. Gages Lake Road, unincorporated Grayslake, is accused of violating an order of protection, and was arrested May 31 in the 18500 block of W. Old Gages Road, unincorporated Grayslake. Bond was set at $20,000 and a court date of June 17. IDENTITY THEFT Billie B. Jackson, 45, of the 1600 block of N. Dot Place, unincorporated Antioch, is accused of identity theft, and was arrested June 1 in unincorporated Antioch. Bond was set at $478 and a court date of June 9 was assigned. UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A STOLEN VEHICLE Joshua B. Kurtz, 47, of the 500 block of Lincoln Avenue, Fox Lake, is accused of unlawful possession of a stolen vehicle, and was arrested June 1 in the 41600 block of Dot Place, unincorporated Antioch. Bond was set at $100,000 and a court date of June 10 was assigned. FLEEING AND ELUDING A POLICE OFFICER Miguel A. Millan, 20, of the 800 block of N. Butrick Avenue, Waukegan, had a warrant for fleeing and eluding a police officer, and was arrested June 2 in the 200 block of Water Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $35,000 and a court date of June 30 was assigned. RETAIL THEFT Victoria Bogatova, 25, of the 1500 block of Yew Court, Gurnee, is accused of retail theft, and was arrested June 2 in the 38500 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park. CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY Kyler Friese, 21, of the 200 block of Coventry Circle, Vernon Hills, had a warrant out of McHenry County for criminal damage to property, and was arrested June 3 in the 200 block of Water Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $5,000. UNDERAGE CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL A juvenile is accused of underage consumption of alcohol, and was arrested June 3 in the 34100 block of N. Wineberry Lane, unincorporated Round Lake. Micaila L. Kline, 18, of the 34100 block of N. Wineberry Lane, unincorporated Round Lake, is accused of underage consumption of alcohol, and was arrested June 3 in unincorporated Round Lake. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of June 29 was assigned. LEAVING THE SCENE OF AN ACCIDENT Brendan J. Sink, 19, of the 500 block of Ridge Bridge Road, Lake Zurich, is accused of leaving the scene of an accident, and was arrested June 3 in the 0-100 block of County Lane, Deer Park. Bond was set at $1,500. OPERATING A WATERCRAFT UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL Timothy J. Nee, 59, of the 1200 block of Noble Drive, Port Barrington, is accused of operating a watercraft under the influence of alcohol, careless operation of a watercraft, and was arrested June 3 at Bluff Lake - South Channel. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of July 27 was assigned. UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA Christor Terrell, 34, of the 4300 block of Centennial Court, Gurnee, is accused of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and was arrested June 5 in the 500 block of Peterson Road, Libertyville. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of June 27 was assigned.
