Bond was set at $2,000. Salvador Contreras, 51, of the 2600 block of Illini Road, Waukegan, is accused of no driver's license, and was arrested May 31 at Beach and De Woody roads, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500. DOMESTIC BATTERY David Smallwood, 43, of the 36200 block of N. Eagle Court, Ingleside, is accused of domestic battery, had a warrant for driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested May 30 in Ingleside. Bond was set at $50,000 and a court date of June 9 was assigned. Chloe M. Latz, 30, of the 39200 block of N. Winchester Road, Wadsworth, had a warrant for domestic battery, resisting a peace officer, and was arrested June 3 in Wadsworth.
