Live-in Onsite Handyman

We are a production house looking for a trustworthy hardworking someone to live onsite in an upstairs suite with full private bathroom, balcony access, and full closet in the West Hollywood area. Primary job is to upkeep the property and grounds. Personal Mac desktop computer is provided. Please see list below of duties and include social media handles, contact info and resume in your submission. Duties: Keep track of and pick up office needs (snacks, drinks, parts etc) Keep the fridge and pantry stocked and organized Complete all applicable repairs/handyman work at up to 3 properties in the Hollywood area Handyman work includes but not limited to mounting/demounting, disassembly/assembly, car maintenance, minor house repairs and maintenance etc. Use the Notes app, Trello and Google Calendar to keep track of tasks Occasionally prepare breakfast and other meals for the CEO Get car washed weekly, pick up lunch daily Keep office clean in between scheduled cleaner visits, occasionally wash outdoor furniture Keep property tidy inside and out Deal with contractors, gardener, and any physical labor having to do with the property Order items from Amazon, Costco, Ebay etc. Occasionally drop CEO off and pick up around town (car provided) Bring trash cans to the street and back weekly Open gate, driveway and door for visitors and guests (through an app) Occasionally work on weekends to supervise cleanings and other guests, shoots etc.
