This position requires some experience with routine building and residential property maintenance. Responsibilities include: completing work orders for residents; maintaining building components; keeping up supply inventory and pool and spa maintenance. Applicant should have excellent customer service skills, familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment, ability to handle physical work load and be detail oriented.
