We are seeking a Awning Cleaner, Solar Panel Cleaner, Exterior Building Cleaner Tech to join our team! You will be responsible for working with our team at multiple locations. We are looking for someone who wants to work some 3rd shift work 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM. Responsibilities: • Perform cleaning services of awnings on commercial properties • Perform professional window washing services 1st & 2nd story only • Perform pressure washing of sidewalks, building facades • Perform cleaning of commercial solar array systems over parking lots & on rooftop mounts • Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment Qualifications: • Current drivers license in good standing • Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields (preferred) • Ability to handle physical workload • Ability to safely lift 65 lbs. over head • Strong attention to detail • Strong organizational skills • Pride of workmanship • Experience operating lift equipment such as scissor lifts & boom lifts (preferred) Interested parties, follow the link ; or Send us an e-mail expressing your interest.
