I am a real estate investor and I specialize in buying distressed real estate and I'm always looking for deals. In your day-to-day activities, if you come across a vacant and/or distressed home or a seller who is motivated to sell his or her property, and you let me know about it, I'll pay you $500/$1000 referral fee if and when I buy the property. All you need to do is provide me the address and if possible the name/number of the property owner and I'll do the rest.
