House Flipping Apprentice (Real Estate Investments) MOV Investments Group LLC - Las Vegas, NV Learn real estate investment while you earn. We are looking for highly motivated people to join our growing network. As an Independent Contractor you'll be responsible for all "in-the-field" marketing. We will provide all the necessary training, tools and marketing materials. You just need to provide the professionalism and hustle. We aren't going to lie; this role is not for the weak or lazy. It will be tough and grueling, but you'll learn a ton about how to create wealth in real estate and possibly change the direction of not only your life, but of your family's or future family's lives. You'll be knocking on the door of specific lists of addresses provided to you and getting appointments with our real estate consultant, putting notes on doors, posting advertising banners & signs as well as driving specific neighborhoods to collect addresses of interest. Within this role, you'll have the opportunity to view our flips, see how we do our marketing, deal with contractors and so much more. You must have a reliable vehicle with valid driver's license, working smart phone with plenty of data, working PC or laptop with stable and reliable internet access and the ability to use a basic level of Microsoft Excel. *** As an Independent Contractor you will get... Base Payment: $1200/mo base (approximately 25-30hrs/wk) Bonus 1: $1200 per closed deal *** Plenty of opportunity to move up as you learn and master your craft. Bonus 2: If you can reach a consistent minimum of 2 deals per month, you will be able to recruit additional assistants to manage and be given a piece of whatever they produce as well.
