seeking photographers and videographers - $$/food/space for advice

Hi all! Seeking advice from photographers, videographers, and other digital image creators who rent space to make their art. I am opening an art/event space in Somerville and looking to outfit part of it for use as a photo studio. The space is a room approx 12' x 12' without natural light. Interested to hear from photographers--what kind of work would you use the space for? What would be on your wishlist to have in the space if you were to rent it? Backdrops? Lights? Props? Come by and share your thoughts. The space is walking distance from Porter, Davis, and Union. I'm happy to pay you fairly for your time in cash, food, or in kind with a discount on use of the space.
