WORKERS ARE NEEDED IMMEDIATELY IN THE LITCHFIELD, IL AREA CALL: Don at 618-200-0604 for an immediate interview! _______________________________________________ Perform a variety of basic tasks and activities during all phases of construction and do so in a safe and timely manner with the best quality possible. Job Responsibilities: - Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards. - Load or unload building materials to be used. - Build or take apart bracing, scaffolding, and temporary structures. - Dig trenches, backfill holes, or compact earth to prepare for construction or to clean up after excavation. - Operate or tend a variety of tools, equipment, and machines. - Help the team with other duties. - Follow construction plans and instructions from supervisors or more experienced workers. - Complete other duties as assigned. These duties include but are not limited to: site clearing, demolition, grading, power washing, general landscaping, gutter cleaning, gutter installation, and excavation. Job Qualifications: - A minimum of 1-year experience working in the construction field is preferred but not required. C and D Renovations is mainly looking for a highly motivated, self-starter, with a desire to learn new skills. - Must be able to read, write and communicate clearly with supervisor/co-workers and understand directions. - Must be able to utilize basic math and read a tape ruler. - Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, climb, bend, twist, stand and reach repetitively, operate moving equipment, and work in hot/cold/damp/cramped environments.
