Boutique Commercial Property Management company is seeking a Part time Maintenance Technician for general building, landscape, and grounds maintenance to oversee day-to-day property management for properties including retail, industrial, and office properties. Wolf Bay Asset Management specializes in a “partner relationship” with commercial properties by providing insightful and hands-on services that empowers our clients to cultivate their asset investments and build strong portfolios. To that end, we offer comprehensive services and cater to each client’s individual needs and priorities. The individual we are seeking could be an early retiree with construction experience and interested in only 2-3 days per week. Requirements: ● Current Driver License and Clean Driving Record ● Creative Problem Solver ● Mechanically inclined ● Some experience with building maintenance and light repairs including light carpentry ● Knowledge of Landscaping maintenance and irrigation repair a bonus (not required). ● Self-starter. ● Organized and able to prioritize and complete tasks ● Familiarity with maintenance tools including Mower, weed whacker, pressure washer, drills, saws etc. ● Manages a daily work log Job is part time – Monday through Friday 8 am to 4 pm. Generous PTO and Bonuses.
