As the Shipping Coordinator, you’ll be a key part of the team ensuring customers receive clear communication about their orders and ensure that their orders arrive on time and in perfect condition. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Process and assemble inventory for new orders • Pack outbound deliveries • Coordinate and schedule shipments with our shipping partners (UPS, FedEx, LTL freight) • Provide freight estimates to BlueRidge team for LTL shipments • Receive inbound inventory deliveries • Operate forklift as needed • Answer customer phone calls for the sales team when they are not available • Drive inbound and outbound freight to and from pick up locations as needed • Provide high quality customer service regarding shipping inquiries • Work with the BlueRidge team to identify backordered items and other inventory needs PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS: • Valid WA drivers license • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs • Ability to use email and communicate with customers and shipping partners • Must be a team player This is an hourly position and the pay scale will be set based on experience.
