Nosy Joe in Spring City Pa is a real pain in the rear end. He is always getting into someone's business. He walks right on peoples property and points out what an " eye sore" to our neighborhood, always complains about different things. Here is an example. My neighbor was away for vacation I received more then 5 notes on my door from nosy Joe about " when is your nieghbor coming back she needs to cut the lawn then he goes to her restaurant that she owns while she is on vacation and leaves notes there on her door. This man harasses mother's with their children in his nieghborhood by getting angry because of their child's noise. He makes inappropriate comments to the children, one time he stated he was gonna take his belt off if that kid doesn't shut up. He told this to a mom in his nieghborhood. The police also has been told about this man's behavior. Stay away from nosy Joe on Broad st in Spring City Pa. He is sure to screw your life up like he did to me. Several times he has been seen on my property and others propertys snooping around. This creep needs to be jailed. He complains about other people's properties yet his own property has all these plants and different types of stupid looking lawn ornaments. Mr I am perfect and I want everything to go my way. Yeah life doesn't work out like that nosy Joe. What a creep!
