Just over 10 mins ago I was driving down Monticello road towards savoy & at the exits to the insterstate there’s a dog just sorta walking around. It has a collar but no owner nearby as far as I can tell. It would be the exits near the abondoned gas station. I called animal control but they’re busy enough at the moment to only take reports regarding violent pets and it dosent look violent yet id say it’s in danger by being that close to the road?
