Qualifications Roofing, 3 years (Preferred) High-growth Denver roofing company that prides ourselves on quality roof construction and unmatched customer service. We are looking for a dependable, team-oriented individual to perform ROOF REPAIRS and assist our roofing crews. This will be primarily an in-the-field position, though there will be some occasional office time. We need someone that can act independently to find roof leaks and failures, and put plans together for how to repair bad roofs. You will need to conduct yourself professionally in the field representing Sol Vista Roofing. Prior roofing/construction experience is required. Knowledge of windows, siding, gutters, fascia, and soffit repair is a plus but is not required. Some of the tasks you will perform: • Find the cause of a roof leak • Repair roofs in a professional way • Assist in estimating roof repairs (as needed) • Inspect roofs for damage and repair assessments. • Assist with setting ladders for city/county inspectors • Assist with running materials to jobsites, and returning extra materials • Assist with inspecting our crew’s work upon roof completion Requirements: • Prior roofing experience is required, with working knowledge of all roofing types and production techniques (3 years preferred) • Ability to confidently identify causes of roof leaks on multiple types of roofs (shingle, tile, mod bit, EPDM, TPO, gravel) • Ability to perform roof repairs on all types of roofing • Put together material list for roof repair needs • Ability to communicate in english through phone and text Sound like a good fit?
