1 year old shepherd mix needs rehoming

This breaks my hearth I've never given up an animal before but I work 14/15 hours days. And its just not fair on him. this dog is my ex girlfriends dog who she left with me (for context). He is great with other dogs and would definitely do best in a house with another dog. He definitely has energy and needs good exercise. He's about 35 pounds and won't get bigger. He has all his shots. I don't care about rehoming fees I just need him to go to a good home.
