Pro bassist, looking to join or sub in a groove-heavy live act that gets people moving. I'm a full-time musician/music industry pro, and am down for either hired gun situations, or getting involved with other like-minded pros to start something fresh. I play many genres but really into classic soul, reggae/dub, afrobeat, vintage funk, and similar, whether retro vibed or some kind of new hybrid. Fela, Talking Heads, Curtis Mayfield, Sly and Robbie, The Roots, etc etc. I'm a seasoned player, middle-aged w good image, tons of experience, looking to have some fun and bring some grooves.
