Description
Completes maintenance work orders for residents.
Prepares vacant apartments to make rent ready.
Keep the maintenance shop clean and organized; maintain adequate stock/inventory.
Must make Customer Service a priority.
Keep curb appeal of the common areas.
Scheduled by the Manager; some nights and weekend work required for on call emergencies.
Compensation - UPON EXPERIENCE WITH THE ABILITY TO MAKE UP TO $25 THE HOUR
