Our agency is hiring a GREEN ELITE team of brand ambassadors to represent a major beer brand! What is a Green Elite BA? A Green Elite BA is a preferred BA who wants to work every Friday/Saturday or Friday/Saturday/Sunday representing the same brand. Green Elite BAs must be EXTREMELY FLEXIBLE and comfortable with receiving account lists last minute. In exchange, no more hustling and playing jigsaw to book as many events as possible to maximize your weekend – Green Elite BAs can count on CONSISTENT hours EVERY weekend of the program - Program timing: June 10 to September 4, 2022 - Pay Rate: BAs - $30/hr TL - $ 33/hr (W-2 employee) - Paid weekly | Direct Deposit available In person training will take place week of 5/23 Shifts will be EVERY Friday/Saturday or Friday/Saturday/Sunday for the duration of the program (6/10/22-9/4/22) TEAM A: Fridays 5-10pm = 5 hours Saturdays 2-10pm = 8 hours Sundays 12-5pm = 5 hours Total = 18 hours per weekend TEAM B: Fridays 5-10pm = 5 hours Saturdays 12-8pm = 8 hours Total = 13 hours per weekend Responsibilities: - Engage consumers with current programming/brand initiatives - Encourage consumers to scan QR codes to vote and win prizes - Communicate key talking points around liquid and brand - Distribute full sized samples (bottles/cans/draughts) - Submit event recap, photos, and timesheet within 24 hours of each event’s completion Requirements: - Must be 21+ with valid TABC license - Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Team Lead working on and off premise samplings - Must be available for in person training, as well as every Friday/Saturday or Friday/Saturday/Sunday for the duration of the program - Must be EXTREMELY FLEXIBLE. Account lists may not be shared until the day before or day of.
