Looking for a skilled handyman that can do framing, sheetrock, electrical ( install can lighting, electricity is already in place), and engineered flooring to be installed. I'm looking to have a space in my unfinished basement to be finished. One section is 23 x 6 and the other is 15 X 20. I can buy all the materials and have them on hand. The job would entail installing studs into concrete basement walls (approximately 34 - 2 x 4's). framing off a 15' wall with a door, installing sheetrock (approximately 30 sheets for walls and ceiling), mudding and finishing, installing 4 can lights (electric already in place) and a dimmer switch. The back wall has plumbing sticking below the beams, would need to frame around it. I would also be available for another pair of hands. I'm capable of doing most of the job myself but would prefer to pay a professional to do everything correct. Would like to meet you in person, go over the project in detail, and get started as soon as possible.
