PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Under the direction of the Director of Recreation, assists with the planning and conducting of an organized program of activities designed to meet the physical, mental and social well-being of residents on their assigned units.
QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION:
Duties require a high school diploma or GED with experience, education and/or training in working with the elderly, or any combination of education and experience, which demonstrates possession of the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
Preferred certifications: AAC (Activity Assistant Certification), LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant)
*Must possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License and good driving record.
