Mountain View Community is accepting applications from experienced Maintenance/Custodial workers to work in the Environmental Services Department. Applicants will have a strong work ethic, have a minimum of 2 years of verifiable background in general building maintenance, be a team player, and express the desire to work in a nursing home environment. Experience in one or more trades is preferred (plumbing, electrical, hvac, carpentry, painting, etc.). Main responsibilities will include general building maintenance and assistance with nightly custodial responsibilities. This will involve daily interaction with other staff and residents. This is NOT an entry level position. Schedule is fixed and predictable. However, applicant must be willing to temporarily adjust schedule on an as needed basis, and be willing to work a rotating weekend schedule and some holidays. Position is 40 hrs/wk, full time, 2nd shift. A comprehensive benefits package includes health, vision and dental insurance, paid time off, and a retirement plan.
