Seasonal Cleaner needed ASAP to Help with Busy Rental Season

Are you in town for summer classes and needing to make extra cash? Or maybe you are local to Pullman and wanting to make additional income? Apartment Rentals Inc is a local business that owns and manages rental properties in Pullman and Moscow. We are looking for motivated and detail oriented individuals to join our staff for the summer and assist in flipping and cleaning vacancies. Responsibilities will include cleaning units in addition to helping with minor maintenance and grounds keeping tasks. Applicants must have a vehicle as reliable transportation to and from properties, and must be able to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods of time, lifting materials (ie. cleaning supplies, paint buckets, etc), as well as going up and down stairs. Those interested must also be comfortable getting their hands (and sometimes clothes) dirty. We are open to both part time and full time applicants. While this current job is seasonal, we'd be happy to consider candidates who show promise for a leasing position in the fall! Prior cleaning experience is preferred but by not required. Compensation is dependent on experience, but starts at $14.49/hr (WA min wage) + compensation/ miles driven.
