Looking for a on-call help with properties that will need a knowledgeable handyman. Looking for 1 or 2 people to fill this positional need. Character references will be asked for during the interview process and will be heavily considered. Don't reply if this is not your strength. Job will be to travel to anchorage properties when a problem is reported to you by your teammates, handle that problem no matter how big or small(as big as a home utility emergency or as small as replacing a burned out lightbulb), and refer back to your team when you need to escalate the problem to more qualified personnel. Immediate or delayed response to a work request from your teammates depends on the severity of the problem. Very rare home emergencies will demand immediate response. Small issues will not need an immediate response. We will work with you and your priorities. You will NOT be asked to do technical maintenance on utility equipment unless you are qualified and are willing. That is NOT a requirement. You WILL be asked to work with integrity, clear communication, and respect for clients and clients costumers while on the job. You WILL be required to have a basic home maintenance skills(know your way around a boiler, heating system, circuit breaker, plumbing system, etc.. You WILL be expected to notify teammates when you are planning to be unavailable. Pay will be hourly. Rate will vary as qualifications vary.
