Flexible work that is ideal for busy students! Earn $35+ per hour working as one of our property cleaners. No prior qualifications needed. No resume required. We will set a training program based on your experience. We will only need work and/or character references. Working for Peregrine Rental Services requires that you be a part of a team that values communication, integrity, and attention to detail. Our local small business is ready to reward hard work however it can. You will be on a first name basis with the owner who is interested in making sure that your workload at Peregrine Rental Services works well with your life. Reliable transportation to job sites and a reliable smartphone connection is REQUIRED. Job description: This is NOT a full time job. This is NOT a regularly scheduled job with predictable hours that you can count on every single week. This is an independent contractor job. Our company regularly has interior property cleaning work that you will sign up for as your personal schedule permits. If approved for work, you will be insured by Peregrine Rental Services, given training, and offered regular, high-paying work to be completed in the late morning to afternoon. Work several times a week or only a couple times a week. Each job will have a flat payment rate for all included work that day. You will not be paid by the hour. You will be paid by work completed. Your regular workload will consist of but is not limited to running bedding and towel laundry after short term rental guests leave, cleaning all surfaces, vacuuming, cleaning the kitchen, cleaning the bathroom, cleaning the dining areas, making beds with fresh bedding, resetting every room so it looks presentable to new guests, and restocking consumables and amenities. Property cleaners will be expected to accurately fill out online forms on their smartphone to document all work completed, report any issues with the property, and report consumables inventory. The ideal candidate will be able to work around midday, but their schedule may vary or even be completely unknown until several days beforehand. The ideal candidate is able to responsibly work alone or on a team and meet time constraints. The ideal candidate is able to learn any and all cleaning skills quickly and is not afraid of getting dirty while performing certain tasks. The ideal candidate is able to be kind and courteous to any clients or guests that may be around while on the job. Clear communication with teammates and the owner is a top priority for the ideal candidate. The ideal candidate always admits to all mistakes so that they can be quickly understood and solved by the team. You should NOT apply if you are only available to work a couple times a month. The ideal candidate will work at least 5 times a month as a bare minimum. It can be understood that property cleaners may work more during certain times of the year and will work less during other times of the year.
