Description

Terrisan Commons is looking to fill a full time maintenance position. Includes, but not limited to extensive outside landscape/grounds duties include trimming and use of a zero turn mower. Must be able to be in the heat for periods of time. Must be able to lift 50lbs. Knowledge of general construction, electrical work, plumbing, HVAC and water meters. Must have valid driver license/reliable transportation. Good verbal and written communication skills are a must. Occasional after hours must be available if needed.
