Description
We are looking for to hire someone for residential construction who would like to use their skills in order to improve underserved communities as part of our Blue House Project Construction team.
We work exclusively in the Grant Beach neighborhood of Springfield by providing low-to-moderate income families in north Springfield a chance at safe and affordable homeownership, breaking the cycle of poverty one property at a time.
We are in need of a full time general laborer. Skills can be acquired on the job as well.
Pay will start at $17 per hour with opportunities to increase your pay as you learn on the job.
Job requirements include:
1. Working in a variety of weather conditions
2. Some experience in construction is required.
3. Be available 7:30am-5:30pm Tuesday-Friday.
4. Be ready to create long-lasting change in underserved communities
5. Must have all of your own tools.
6. Steady & Consistent work throughout the year.
