Minimum of 2 years janitorial/custodial experience required. General cleaning of community Lodge/Clubhouse. Large facility with fitness center, swimming pools, game room, ballroom and more. All lodge facilities will need to be maintained. Vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms, taking out trash, cleaning office space and interior glass. Ability to work in varied temperatures, both indoors and outdoors. • This job always requires 2 people that work well together. Hourly rate is per person • Reliable vehicle & cell phone • Pay is every two weeks, and you will receive a 1099 at the end of the year. • 3 days a week, 4 hours each day. • Monday 7am-11am, remaining 2 days can be discussed • Having your own basic cleaning equipment is preferred. • Clean criminal record and references are a must.
