Seeking Rhythm Guitar W/back up vocal ability

Primarily 90's -00's Alt rock band seeking Rhythm guitar player preferably that can hit high notes for back up vocals. Primarily doing covers like RHCP, Weezer, Green Day, STP, Velvet Revolver, Pumpkins, Sublime, some Cult, GNR and VH. We have about 15 songs down and goal is to get to 30 and start playing out. We are interested in working on original music as well to slowly mix in to the set list. 4 of us good dudes in their 40's. We Rent a practice pad on 1st and National. (You would pay a share if you join, it's not much when split 5 ways $65) Please have Pro Grade gear, be a good hang and more about music than the party. Practice once per week Saturday afternoons. We are currently all set to do all in ear monitors for practice and stage. So you will need some In Ear monitors of your own.
