Need to have 5 jobs we want done. 1. Short concrete Block Wall. Front of garage. Need masonry skills, level skills own tools and transportation. 800.00 to lay 50 blocks 2. Kitchen Ceiling and Subfloor. Need to install subfloor over kitchen 12x12 tongue and groove flooring. And install drywall on kitchen Ceiling 12x12. 600.00 3. Kitchen Demo without destroying the cabinets 750.00 Laminate Flooring Demo 500.00 4. Install Laminate flooring. 450sqft 900.00 5. Drywall tape and mud 8 boards plus 5 patches 400.00 I have all materials on hand and screws and fasteners. All pay will be CASH. Once work is completed 100%. No pay for work in progress. Plan on start working this Friday and compete it all by next Wednesday.
