Guitarist/Bassist Looking for Band with Focus on Originals

Howdy, I am looking for a creative musical project. I have been playing bass in bands for a while, and I get around pretty well on guitar as well. I have been working my vocal chops, I can sing with confidence but I am okay at best. Background vocals are coming along as well. I am into anything that isn't super heavy. Just want to be able to flex my creative muscles and groove. Midwest Emo, Punk, Classic Prog, Pop Rock, and Alt Country are my favorites, tho. I have quality, professional gear, and I have a bit of PA stuff that I know how to use very well. I am not super picky about who I play with as long as you are a quality human being that puts the work into the music.
