We are looking for a Full Time commercial Day Porters to carry out cleaning duties within Commercial Office Building. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition. Responsibilities Clean, restock and maintain designated building areas as per schedule Carry out cleaning tasks and special projects as needed Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Cooperate with other employees and clients Follow all health and safety regulations Proven working experience as a janitor Ability to handle cleaning equipment and machinery Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets Integrity and ability to work independently Location: Lake Mary - just off I-4 exchange M-F 7:30am-4:30pm (scheduled start time a little flexible) From $12.50 per hour to start - DOE
