Plumbing fix for galvanized pipe

Hi, we want to update this galvanized metal pipe to be PVC or whatever you recommend. It's leaking at both seams where it screws in to the extender in the wall, to the right and left above that nail. We'd also be open to a fix or reseal if you think that would work. Send photos of your previous similar jobs you've completed, and advise how quickly you could make this repair and pricing.
