Opportunity to learn a trade. Job requirement is showing up and keeping up. Other than that no specific skills required. Pay scale will increase with effort and performance. Knowing basic hand/power tools a plus. Learning new skills add to better pay. Building gates, fences and railings systems along with job site installations are needed. Reliable transportation to and from job site, factory or office may be required. Preparation for hard work outside in the summer is a necessity.
