Need breakers in Disconnect box replaced

Small electrical job. Breaker in the disconnect box needs to be replaced. ComEd already came out and verified that's where my problem is. Getting full power from ComEd into the disconnect box in the basement. You will need to turn the power off at the meter box however in order to do this. You'll have to know how to do this.
