Landscaping Contractors for LawnSpa LLC LawnSpa LLC is looking for a 1099 Landscaping Contractor to help with property maintenance of several hundred rental properties across the Dallas, Texas Area. We are seeking individuals who have experience in the landscaping industry and have an eager attitude. This individual must be trustworthy, possess great communication skills, capable of technology, and be apt in problem-solving. You will need reliable transportation, and landscaping equipment, and must have general liability insurance.
