Sustainable Talent is teaming up with a global leader in the clinical diagnostics, environmental, food, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics testing as well as in agro-sciences CRO (Contract Research Organization) services to grow their team. This position is based in Irvine, CA, a full-time contract- Monday to Friday 1st Shift. 3 Month Contract | Day shift Summary: The Material handler will be responsible for the sorting, organization, and tracking of large and sometimes heavy PCBA’s. The material handler will inventory each board, capture an image, register the board information into database, package and label each board. This is a 3-month contract position. Essential Job Functions: · Identify and label boards (large circuit cards on metal frames) used in the testing of IC’s and Wafers. · Record into the database board locations in the warehouse/on the shelves to maintain inventory. · Track and record incoming and outgoing boards, capturing all movement into the database. · Move materials to and from warehouse, storage areas, and environmental test laboratory. · Prepare boards for shipment by identifying their location, retrieving, packing, and loading them. · Operate hand trucks, pallet Jacks, and other equipment to move boards. · Perform and report cycle counts upon request. · Follows established safety and Electrostatic Discharge protocols and procedures at all times · Other duties as may be assigned Minimum Job Requirements: High School Diploma or GED. 6+ months of related experience. Job Knowledge, Skills, and Ability: · Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions. · Ability to stand for entire shift and walk around the warehouse. · Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. · Very strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail. · Team player, fast learner. · Ability to handle a wide variety of tasks and modify plans as requirements dictate. · Excellent organizational and computer skills, database management and spreadsheet entry. · Ability to bend and climb to lift various objects from low and high positions. · Must be able to read from boards small, printed labels. Must dress for safety based on the task being performed such as, closed toe shoes, gloves, safety glasses/safety goggles, etc. · Must be able to communicate effectively.
