Painting crew needed ***If you are a solo painter, or have 1 or 2 helpers...Please do not apply...Unfortunately that will not work for this job. We are looking for an established paint company with painting crew(s), to supply between 10 - 14 painters for the "summer student housing turn". If you are not familiar with this term, what it means is all the students that just graduated, or are transferring to different schools, will be moving out of the apartment complex...that means we have to go in and paint all the units, so they look new again for the next round of students coming in for the 2022/2023 school year. It will be about 300 units, that need to be turned/painted. This all happens in 7 to 10 days...YES...7 to 10 days...it happens at every school student housing campus in the USA, every year. This is why we need a large team to knock it out. Your company will make between $10,000 and $20,000 during this time period. All depends on what each unit needs. So this is a good chance to knock out some cash for yourself/company. ***You must be an established painting company. We do not want and can not take the risk with someone who thinks they can pull together 10 of his buddies, to do this. DO NOT APPLY if this is you. You must be established... Have a track record of successful business...Have references...Have full liability insurance...Have workman's comp insurance....Be able to supply the painters needed for the job, the tools needed for the job, and you must have a supervisor(s) onsite to manage your crew(s), each day they are there, and make sure they are getting the job done correctly, and cleanly.
