Painter Apprentice - Prepper Duties Assist in the completion of the refinish process on a repaired vehicle, which could include: Masking, sanding, applying undercoats, mid-coats and top coats. Use power tools, paint mixers, paint, cleaning solvents, and waxes as needed. Disassembly and reassembly of body panels, bumpers, trim, etc. All work completed per estimate and according to manufacturer's standards. Painter Apprentice - Prepper Requirements Successful Candidate must be career minded, able to take direction and work independently to produce top quality results, take pride in your work, and have a great attitude. Collision center experience and/or schooling is preferred. Must have good hands-on ability and good visual acuity.
