That person with little money who went to college to become something while ending up in debt is one of the many reasons you pay more for less now. Someone's going to pay off that debt. What is the cost to have teeth cleaned now? $185..?..just to scrape crap off of teeth...30 minutes. And let's not forget the car mechanic or butcher who did not incrue large student loan debt, but who needs a root canal and has kids who need braces. The custodian must charge more too. The only people profiting from all this loan sharking are the bankers, who were recently bailed out by poor people. Let's pay off the loans and start earning money for ourselves. We can find a better way to pay for tuition that's not based on Reagonomics and a voodoo economy, but based on getting low economic students into much needed professions for serving those who need their services, but who are not rich.
