Are you looking for flexible, remote work? We are real estate investors looking for a teammate to help us find new properties to invest in. You will learn what to look for in an investment property, help discover new properties, and manage the property "leads" until we purchase the property! Overview Drive 10 hours/week. Flexible schedule - this can be done anytime! We will set you up with an app on your phone that you will use while you work. It tells you what route to drive to look for properties. When you find a property that meets our criteria, you mark it down on the app and snap a photo! Phone calls and computer work - 5 hours a week. Answering phone calls when they come in from property owners that have called you looking to sell. Making phone calls is flexible on timing but should be done during the daytime! Follow up with the property owners that you have found driving! Pay is $15/hr plus $0.58 per mile driven. You will end up making about $500/week between the mileage reimbursement (which is not taxed) and the hourly wage.
