We are currently in a few apartment renovation projects and need a manger to assist with day to day operations of the job site immediately. We are not only looking for Atlanta, but if you are interested with traveling we have openings in Columbus, OH and Willington, CT! 1. Determine needed resources (equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations 2. Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed 3. Strong communication skills (bilingual is a plus) 4. Evaluate progress and report directly to superior 5.
