$50K or more first-year including overtime without a CDL. More with a commercial driver's license. Our rapidly growing telecommunications tower construction firm is hiring full-time, year-round telecom technicians to work on wireless communications towers and other projects. Potential $50K+ including overtime the first year to start, more with more experience. Candidate must live in Las Vegas, Nevada area. Previous tower climbing exposure is NOT required but desired. Qualified applicants must be able to safely work at heights (100 feet and higher), have a sincere willingness to learn new things, and follow instructions from the crew foreman. Applicants must pass pre-employment physical, be able to climb with a harness, safety equipment, and tools, and have good dexterity. A valid driver's license with a fairly clean record is preferred. CDL Class A is preferred, but not required. The position requires the ability to travel up to 2 weeks at a time without coming back home, with overall travel rates at up to 75%. Most travel is in the NV/AZ/CA area, but occasionally further travel may occur. Travel per diems to cover lodging and meals when on the road in our company vehicles are provided.
