Found small white and gray tabby cat

There is a stray cat hanging out north of McDowell and south of Oak, between the canal and Pierce Park. It's maybe 8 lbs and seems young. White and gray with a dark heart shaped dot on its nose. I think it was a neighbor's cat but they moved away. Is it yours? Trying to find it's home if it has one
