We are a very large 375 unit apartment complex in Newburgh, NY. We are currently seeking experienced cleaner to add to our team. Must be able to work independently. Must be detail oriented and very thorough. Ability to work quickly and well under pressure is necessary due to the size of the property.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Common Hallways, Windows/Glass doors, Rental Office, Stairwells, Common bathrooms, Community Room, Community room kitchen, Elevators, Garbage, and 12 Laundry Rooms. It will also include cleaning the vacant units to prepare them for new move-ins -- appliances, cabinets, bathrooms, windows, stripping and waxing the floors, etc.
All cleaning products and equipment are supplied by the company.
Uniforms will be supplied after one month of employment.
40 hours per week, Monday through Friday - 8:00am-4:30pm
Preferences/Requirements Include:
Cleaning experience - preferably in a commercial/large residential setting
Ability to lift at least 40 pounds
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Compensation:
$16.00/hour
