Landlord Needs Handyman Help on a by-the--job-basis. We intend on using this person whenever we need additional help with one of our regular maintenance projects. We have full time maintenance staff and this new person will be used to help our regular staff. The work may be labor related, and/or skill related, but it will All be done on  a pre-agreed, pre-determined basis, hourly basis that will NOT be negotiated by the job, but will set at a fixed amount by contract irrespective of what the work might be. That means that painting will pay the same as clean-up, which will pay the same as clean-up, which pay the same as light electrical. ALL WORK WILL PAY THE SAME AMOUNT ON AN HOURLY BASIS. This person must be willing to do it all WITHOUT picking and choosing the job and what the work entails.This person will NOT be an employee and will be used on a "need only" basis. You will be paid shortly after the completion of your completion of the work assignment. You will use all your own tools and provide all your transportation to and from the job site.If interested we will need you to bid this work by the hour in your answer to this ad.
