JOB SUMMARY Create a welcoming environment for airport guests and facilitate their arrival or departure to and from our vehicles. This includes greeting guests upon arrival, opening doors, and helping with luggage (drivers will load luggage into vehicles). ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist with driver and client connection. Adheres to customer service procedures. Documents and reports lost and found materials. Other duties may be assigned. **MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION OR ABILITY TO EASILY GET TO AIRPORT** (Company will reimburse for parking or public transportation) **MUST HAVE WORKING SMARTPHONE with Data Plan** (You WILL BE REQUIRED to use your own phone and data) EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems. PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear. COMPENSATION Greeters are well compensated with an hourly rate ($18-$22/hr) + possible gratuity from guests (not guaranteed).
