Pay Negotiable Seeking a Caretaker local to Nantucket. Caretaker would need to be available for 1 off handyman work year round. Things as small as turning off the heat post guest stay to as large as taking out the AirConditioners. Will also need the house checked on once a month in the offseason (Nov-April). Lastly will also need assistance maintaining a vehicle that is rented on Turo and checking post rentals ie. Post car rentals I would need the Caretaker to run the vehicle through the car wash, vacuum/wipe down the high touch areas (steering wheel, door handles, dash buttons/nobs), and refill the gas is the guests forget.
