We are currently looking for dependable and experienced janitorial subcontractors to clean a facility in Denver. This job pays $1700.00 per month. To qualify you must have: 1) An actual business name registered with CO Secretary of State 2) General business liability insurance 3) Workers compensation insurance if you have employees We currently have the following opportunity: We need a contractor to clean a facility in LoDo. After training, this building should take about 4 hours per night to complete for one person. Schedule is 5 days per week: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday. Hours are somewhat flexible; work can be done after 8:00 pm nightly. This job consists of standard custodial duties. This job pays $1700.00 per month.
