IMMEDIATE HIRE Broadway Party Rentals, Inc is looking to fill an opening within our Leadership Team. This is a full time hourly position with competitive benefits Responsibilities include • Supervising a team of 5-10 employees • Assigning work • Delegating tasks to team members • Assisting team members whenever product issues arise • Maintaining a safe and clean work environment • Communicating with Warehouse management team as issues arise • Answering inventory inquiries • Ensure enforcement of all established company guidelines Skills • Bilingual (Spanish/English) • Leadership qualities and demonstrated organizational skills. • Good time-management skills and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to multi-task. • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. • Available to work week days and weekends as needed Schedule Mid-mornings positions (2) Shipping & Receiving Evening positions (3) Shipping & Receiving Overnight positions (3)
