Boat Inboard engine in-freezing

I have a boat with a 8.3l big-block engine that was rebuilt very recently - but then sat for about a year. The engine is ‘locked up’ from likely rust. I am looking for a SMALL mechanic to unfreeze it. Small because it is fairly tight confines. I’m 5’ 10” and I can barely fit. Someone 5’ 5” and 150lbs would be ideal.
