We are hiring a candidate for a Float Cleaner who is able to fill in various facility locations. This position requires someone who is flexible and adaptable to perform a variety of different cleaning job duties in the Greater Orlando area. As as a floater, your responsibilities include temporarily covering a position due to employee personal time off or when an employee calls in sick or for other matters where coverage is needed and/or as directed by the Operations Supervisor. Key Duties and Responsibilities: -Sweep, mop, and vacuum restrooms, offices, and other facility common areas -Dust furniture, equipment, glass partitions, walls, windowsills, computers, telephones, and tabletops -Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, mirrors, tabletops, chairs, refrigerators, and microwaves -Clean restrooms including restocking dispensers with paper towels, toilet paper and hand soap. Emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, mirrors, partition doors and walls, toilets and urinals. -Replenish supplies in break rooms and staff lounge -Empty all trash cans and replace with bag liners; clean receptacles as necessary. -Removal of all trash to the designated disposal areas -Keep all janitorial equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition -Proper labeling, dilution, and use of all cleaning chemicals -Monitor cleaning supply stocks as required -Must keep janitor's closet neat and orderly -Performs additional duties as needed Job Type: Part-time Schedule: Monday-Friday Weekend Availability On-call Night shift, Overnight shift If interested, please reply with your resume and the date you are available to start.
